Yes, all SimplyHair extensions are crafted from 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair, ensuring the cuticles remain intact for a natural look and long-lasting shine.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair products that have been worn or tampered with.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Absolutely! Since our hair is 100% human hair, you can curl, straighten, and blow-dry it. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 350°F to maintain hair health.
